The Polish zone at the International Trade Fair of Innovative Industrial Technologies Hannover Messe 2017.

The SciTech Poland zone was entirely devoted to technologies created by the Polish academic sector. During the 5 days of the fair, Polish companies and research teams had the opportunity to share innovative solutions for the industry, establish scientific and business contacts and attract investors.

Our task was to comprehensively implement the project, in particular:

  • Creation of branding and key visual of the project, including logo and claim
  • Design, rental and built-in of 300m2 area
  • Coordination of additional activities in the zone (press conferences; meetings with investors, business representatives and public administration; pitching sessions)
  • Promotion of the events (creating and moderating website; media relations)
  • Logistics, Transport, Hospitality for 50 scientists
  • Organization of pitching training
  • Preparation of promotional materials – animations, photos, presentations (research, conversations, consultations with experts during creation of content materials)
  • Logistics of the exhibits
