At THE WAY, we strongly support the idea of Women’s empowerment, among others because 80% of our composition is the fair sex. We are all the more pleased to announce that we have become a partner of 30% Club Poland.
The 30% Club is a global campaign, present in 20 countries around the world, led by CEOs and chairmen of boards of directors taking action to increase gender diversity in government and senior management positions in companies around the world. The campaign aims to represent at least 30% of women at management and supervisory board level.
As part of the support of 30% of Club Poland, we were responsible for preparing the inauguration of the campaign in Poland – an online event during which you could learn more about the global mission, assumptions and values of the campaign. Members of the Polish version of the program introduced the local structure, goals and members. You could also listen to many interesting moderated discussions and speeches, including Global Chair 30% Club – Ann Cairns.
